FAQ's

📦  Wrong item was shipped and/or it was damaged. We don’t goof often, but if we do, we will always take care of the issue for you. If for any reason your order is incorrect, please don’t hesitate to let us know within 5 days so that we can fix your order ASAP.

👕 Sizing details.

Please see the sizing chart. These items are unisex sizing, so size down one if you would like a fitted look and size up if you would like a comfy oversized fit. Grab your favorite shirt and measure armpit to armpit, then compare to our size chart.

Example: I am 5' 5" and 145lbs, the size medium t shirt is fitted, the size large is large enough to tie a knot in the front. A size small sweatshirt is very fitted, and they are such good quality they do not stretch or become loose during the day, so I prefer a medium. My husband is 5' 6" 165lbs with a broad shoulder and athletic build, he wears a large t shirt.

🧺  Care Instructions

The ink is actually printed in to the fabric, so no worries about it peeling like vinyl. We do recommend washing inside out, laying flat to dry or tumble dry low. No bleach or fabric softner, and no ironing.

🎁 Gift wrapping.

Because we are a direct ship shop, we cannot offer gift wrapping at this time. Some items can have personalized messages, ask us ahead of time so we can see if it is possible. We will keep you updated with a tracking number so you will know when your gift is being delivered.

⏰  Processing Time

Because our products are created just for you soon after you complete your purchase, please allow 5-7 business days before your item ships. This may be longer during holidays.

🚚 Rush Shipping/shipping.

Our shipping is usually 5-7 business days. To save on shipping costs, sometimes your order will go through DHL and then to your local post office.

We can offer rush shipping, please email us fun@mabelthewhoodle.com BEFORE placing your order if you would like items rushed. There will still be a 5-7 business day processing time. If you have any questions about our shipping times, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

🚚  Order did not arrive by estimated ship date.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let us know via email. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days- just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution/refund your order/ reship your order/ contact the postal service to locate your order.

📪 Order marked as "undeliverable"

If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to us. Once we receive your return order, we will request an edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a reshipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping
charges.

📦 Can items be returned?

Returns/Exchanges:
We do accept returns/exchanges on non-personalized orders. Contact us at fun@mabelthewhoodle.com within 5 days of receiving your item(s). You must return the item in new condition, in the original packaging, and pay for return shipping costs within 14 days.
